Yellow Oncidiumish? orchid

I got this at the grocery store, no label, My guess is it's some sort of Oncidium due to the medium sized(3") pseudobulb, but I am certainly no expert and am only guessing. Couldn't find an exact match to the bloom. I am hoping someone has a similar one.

First, great catch! It is a beauty.

It is an Oncidium-tribe intergeneric hybrid. It looks like there is some Odontoglossum and probably Miltonia in there along with Oncidium (With the Oncidium tribe taxonomic mess, confuses the picture even more) There are many hybrids that look similar so a definitive ID will be impossible (but still beautiful!). But regardless of the details, the culture will be the same - medium light, keep on the damp side. And enjoy!

Do a search on Odontocidum Tiger crow.

If it’s not that, then it’s similar enough for me to ignore the difference.

I label my noids in the format ‘Oncidium like Tiger crow’ - the word like telling me that it may not be the exact clone but I prefer to know what is in my greenhouse even when not in flower.
