There are so many hybrids that look similar, getting an ID is impossible. If you got it from a grower, possibly they could tell you. But I would strongly suspect that it has Phal. equestris in is background - small size, and branching spikes are characteristic. The rest, who know.. but it is VERY cute!.
Its worth trying the grower even if its a wholesaler or just an email on the bottom of a tag. I managed to name 2 phals with the help of a lady within the company I contacted.
