Looks like one of the species formerly classified as Rhetinantha, I will see if I can find out which one later.

ok, I have narrowed it down to two or three species, M. aciantha (it probably isn't this one), M. scorpioidea, and M. encyclioides. but I will need a flower closeup to determine which one it is. If you can, take at least one photo of the flower with a ruler in the frame so we can see how big the flower is. Right now I am leaning towards M. encyclioides. This is also backed up by the fact that M. encyclioides is available for sale from Ecuagenera, which means the species could be drifting around in the market some.
