There's no way of even beginning to guess what it might be until it blooms. Then, it may be possible to make some guesses as to what some of the ancestors might be, but unless it's a species with very distinctive characteristics, exact ID is probably impossible. In any case, it appears to be recovering quite well (Congratulations!) so enjoy the surprise when it blooms!
