A Restrepia. No idea which one. (Within the genus, so many look similar to each other I wonder how ANYBODY can get it down to species. I see different ones that are supposedly the same species, and others that look the same that are supposedly different.) I love them all...

If it is native to that area, certainly could be... I have a R. contorta that looks like that (but also have a R. contorta that is almost solid red... that's where I wonder about the IDs)
