Hi all,
Thanks for the interesting reactions.
The label withit sais "Flower Pearls Orchids", Originating from Denmark (propably the wholesaler for Northern Europe. Their
site didn't help very much. However the label stated intermediate growing conditions (22-25°C).
Howver, Your info was very usefull. Ddn't find it at Sogo Orchids, exept a picture on the PDF link that was provided (center bottom phal.).
It definitely is not Sogo-1307. This flower is more rounded and larger, I've seen it.
I agree that P. equestris propably is in it's breeding line but P. parishi is also a possibility.
This is one of the smallest flowers I've seen and quite special in coloration and markings.
I've contacted Sogo Orchids for more info and send them the pics for identification. Hope they'll reply.
Keep you posted.
By the way, It is custom that an orchid Hybrid here has a pattented name. Why, just rediculous, specialy as the name can be used for an other hybrid some time later, when the original hybrid is not being continued and so the same name could be on different plants in years to come
