Hi all,

Im not sure what is the name of the 2 orchids below. Can anyone advice?

The first 2 picture is referring to the 1st orchid and the last 2 picture refers to the 2nd orchid.

The first one looks like an Epidendrum prismatocarpum, or what ever they are calling it now... The pseudobulbs dont look quite right for that species, mine are big, round and fat like goose eggs, but I could be wrong. The second is some type of Myrmecophila? I don’t know too much about those

I'm not sure about the first either... I think SaraJean is very close... The second, I think Schomburgkia that is in the Laelia group (Myrmecophilias have a broader lip). The pseudobulbs would be the giveway... the ones that got classified as Laelia have tall, rather slender pseudobulbs (Laelia-like) where Myrmecophilias have very stocky pseudobulbs (so they have hollow space for ants) I'm guessing something like Laelia splendida (there are some others that look a lot like that as well)
