So I struck gold. I found this orchid this pot, lucky me . i thinking it might be a cattleya but I have never owned a cattleya so I wanted someone more experienced to make sure I didn't get it wrong.
I decided to dig one up because it was overcrowded and not getting any light. so I'm uploading some more photos which may help.
Thank you for your help.

Reason: more info
It does look like it might be from the Cattleya tribe, but there are other things that it could be, too. It looks like it is in a pot that held or is holding something else. Where did you find it? Sometimes a bit of history can help here. It looks like it is a mix that is much too wet for a Cattleya if that is what it is. So again, some background would help.
I just got this pot plant thinking it only had a dracaena. Then when i was watering it i noticed it had 2 little orchids in there as well. So i have no idea abouts this orchid haha.
Wow, what luck! While the medium (which if it is growing a dracaena) looks quite inappropriate for an orchid, it appears that whatever it is, seems quite happy there. It does look orchid-like... but hopefully someone on this forum who knows a lot more about plants in general will comment - the fact that it is growing so nicely in that environment makes me suspect that it isn't a Cattleya (those tend to hate to have wet roots)... but the question of what it IS... I wonder too.
Bark chips should be fine. I think a relatively fine bark. The additional photos you provided show that they were not all that happy in the dracaena pot. Really do need a better medium. ArronOB may have identified it. Not Cattleya, but perhaps an Aussie native.
