the shape reminds me of something in the pleurothallidinae, but i can't tell whether the flower has opened or not. maybe masdevallia? scaphosepalum?

You will need to wait for it to open, the color reminds me of Trisetella triglochin ... the species may very likely be different, but that one grows over a huge range of habitats. (Whether I at least got the genus right will have to wait for the flower)
