Default Wondering what these are?

Wondering what these beautiful orchids are, I’ve had them for about 3 weeks and the purple one is doing amazing but the white is getting kinda droopy, and complete opposite health of how it looks in the picture any idea what would cause that? And how to help it?They are both in proper sunlight and get an ice cube every 10 days as directed. Thanks in advance!

Those are phalaenopsis orchids, often called "phals" for short. In my experience, those glazed outer pots have no drainage holes and end up harming my plants more than helping. If they have a little plastic liner that you can pull out, I would check the roots to make sure they aren't brown and mushy. If we could get a picture of the white one in its current state, that could be helpful too.
There is a sticky thread under "beginner discussions" called "the phal abuse ends here" and it has a lot more FAQs about phalaenopsis care.
I hope that helps!

Yes, those look to be nice Phalaenopsis. If you remove them from the decorative pots, odds are they will be in little plastic sleeve type pots packed in moss. You should be able to see the roots, if the roots are silver add just enough room temperature water so that the moss is moist but not sopping and the roots turn green. Wait until the roots turn silver to rewater.

Being tropical plants, any contact with ice and ice water won’t be much appreciated and could lead to tissue damage.

Moss can also be a challenging substrate since you have to be careful not to overwater and drown the roots. It also breaks down quickly necessitating repotting before the roots suffocate. I suspect your white Phal is having root “issues”. If you want to keep these long term you may want to look into repotting them.
