I just got a reply on another forum and I believe it is a trichoceros sp. The leaves etc look the same.

I was just going to suggest Trichoceros. Even when it blooms you may not be able to determine which one, several look similar. Like a little bug or fly, very cute. Where the seller got "Dendrobium" no idea, it's related to Zygopetalum and Maxillaria, no relation to Dendrobium.
