Can anyone tell me what this might be? No flowers, but the stiff leaves and pseudobulbs remind me of cattleya.

Looks like something in the Cat. family to me. After that, could be Blc., etc.

Definitely looks like Catt family to me. When you move any orchid to higher light, do it gradually. It still won't want full sun (or you'll probably toast leaves). "Filtered sun" would describe what it wants. If it's hanging in your tree, it's probably fine, getting natural light. Remember also that the sun shifts and will get more intense as summer approaches.
