It's a very nice example of this line of breeding.
While the flower overall is fairly similar to other Phals that are yellow with red bars, the real standout feature of your plant's flower (to me) is the lip. It's got a lot of red in it and good coloration. I usually pass on this type of flower despite loving the yellow and red petals because the lip is often pink/purple and/or much too pale for my taste.

The lip does seem to be quite variable in this hybrid - I also appreciate the fact that it is red and not that shocking pink that sometimes looks so out of place compared to the petals of a phalaenopsis.
