Let's put the question in another way... Describe us how do you repot them. From it we may find a possible cause.

I simply do repot them when i see they have root bound in spring with a fresh bark and a cm bigger pot. I remve all the dead roots and dont water it for a week. I do water them before repot. I live in Italy, i put them on north east window where they get morning light for 3 hours. I don't actually do something very different but got the same result, i did something alternatively but got the same result. I recently bought liquid root and kelp liquid fertiliser and its help me for the first time promoting new growth easily. Do you thing should i apply kelp after repot to reduce stress? Thought? Thanks

A photo would be tremendously helpful.
A few questions that could be answered by viewing a photo. Fresh bark...what size of bark? Bigger pot...how big? How do you know a certain root can be cuted?

From the photos the plants look ok but the medium seems to be too dry.
What are your conditions (min. temperature, humidity) and your watering frequency?

I am no expert but they don't usually need soaked so long and they need watered as needed not on a schedule.

15ºC migh be a little too low, especially after repotting and root loss. New roots are sensitive and putting them, wet, under nights of 15ºC is risky.
Soak them two days in a row is too much. Once is enough.
Do you know how dry? 15%? 20%

Is it possible to see a photo of the roots? How do you know the roots are dead?

Hello guys, the temperatura i have mentioned is outside, the temperature inside my house is ~23° and the humidity is ~50%. I soak it because especially the other one with no roots needs time to drink so i soak till below the crown. I soak the second quickly cus it has few roots.
The one with no roots is producing new roots so im not worried anymore.
I really apreciate your help and thank you very much but i need more to know as what i ask on how to repot orchids without having root rot so i can relate for future repotting.
