How to repot phals without killing it?

My first reports, I followed the directions on Repotting Phalaenopsis (Moth) & Other Monopodial Orchids with the exception of old leaf removal and dead material clean-up on the stem. My Phals didn’t miss a beat.

I’d also recommend going to the Beginner forum and checking out the skewer method of checking moisture in the sticky.
