Phalaenopsis Schilleriana and other hybrids, are they minis?

And, Ray, do you happen to know if they use anything other than temps to force phals to bloom? I was reading somewhere photo period doesn't play a factor, at least with the complex hybrids.

To the best of my knowledge, with the possible exception of the very small, decidiuous species (I just don't know enough about them to say for sure), no phalaenopsis bloom in response to changes in photoperiod.
