Phalaenopsis Yaphon Sir x Mituo Sun
I have had this orchid for a couple of years. This is the first bloom - only one. It is a small plant, but the bloom is pretty big 6cm x 4.5cm. It took ages for the spike to develop and then the bud just kept growing and growing. Finally it bloomed!

It's well worth the wait. Very nice big round bloom.

That's an awesome flower. I love the surprises that come from Phal seedling crosses.

Those pointed areas on petals and sepals are unique and contrasting colors of bloom and leaves are lovely.
