Have you had that plant long? Was it handled roughly? I see a broken/bent leaf in addition to the putting. How warm is it kept? How much light? Your watering schedule? It could be several things, old insect damage, water on the leaves, or mechanical damage. Others will weigh in but, they'll ask the same cultural questions.

First i will apology for my bad english. I got this plant long but before 5 day i must go to hospital on 2 day and i live key from my house to to my neighbor that she can watch my Orchid. when i back after 2 day all other orchad are good but this one look like this. Brocken leaf is old demage but that not make any problem to plant. All this dots show up after i back from hospital and find plant like this . I ask my naiborh did he do what i told he she say yes . To be honest all time i think that all this are maid on som mechanical way because i am not shure that any other way can do this to one plant for 2 day. I just try figure what hapend to save plant. One more time sorry for my bad englis

Your English is fine. I think it is mechanical damage or cold water dropped on the leaves. also, no virus or fungus. This is my opinion, others will weigh in.

Are those spots dry? Or do they have some liquid inside?
