Phalaenopsis Natasha 'Aiko' AM/OSROC
(gigantea X Samba)

This is a classic orchid - available in 1970s and making a come back. Created by Miss Irene Dobkin named after her grand daughter.

This plant has received an award of Taiwan Orchid society which is now defunct. OSROC = Orchid Society of Republic of China.

It's a beautiful flower - a great example of gigantea hybrid.

This particular clone was said to be difficult to breed. However, something happened in the cloning process. Now this plant recloned by Chin Yo in Taiwan is possible to breed with. We've seen interesting hybrid flower made with Yungho Gelb Canary.
