Phal X intermedia - my first bloom off this plant!

Hi guys, 2 things
1) my Phal X Intermedia looks somewhat like http://www.orchidspecies.com/orphotd...ediavarred.jpg. On Orchid Species.com, but the lip is not as dark. I was a little surprised to see the whole flower so pink as I was hoping for a bloom similar to the Phal amabilis. This is my first flowering of this little guy but having said I was a little disappointed on the flower colour, it is truly cuter than a speckled hen!

2) I would like to post pictures of issues I am having with the plants to show what I am talking about rather than trying to describe the potential problem. How do I do that?

I'd love to see a picture! I know how to post pictures, but am no good at explaining! I know that there are tutorials somewhere, but I don't know the links.
I'll try to find a post somewhere on OB with the links, or hopefully Dorothy or Sue or someone else can give you the links!
