Ha! I think you can do this with food coloring in the water when the buds are really small if you really really need to have flowers like this.

I'm not ever sure what I think about these - I suppose some people dislike them because they are artificially colored - but I imagine if someone managed to breed them this color, feelings may be different

Tut Tut....the next blooming will probably be white...Colour the plant was before they injected it with blue dye. But as long as you like it, that's all that matters
