I agree though, almost impossible to ID. It's almost certainly not a species but a hybrid incorporating many species. Most Phals sold in the mass market are complex hybrids and many are sold without names. There can be many with different parentage that look pretty much identical so even if you find one that looks similar it could be a different hybrid.
I like to make up my own names for my NoIDs (just for my own use). They are just as pretty even without a name. The majority of my phals are NoID's with just a few named hybrids or species.
