Just bought this last year from orchids.com. This is the peloric version where the lip copies the petal.

This is actually called a petaloid phalaenopsis which is a lip trying to be a petal, instead of a peloric where the petals are trying to be a lip.

Though it is very common to think of peloric meaning the specific case of petals taking on characteristics of the lip, peloric actually means any change that makes a bilaterally symmetrical flower more radially symmetrical, so this definitely qualifies as peloric. It is also certainly petaloid, as that term is usually applied, meaning any other flower structure taking on characteristics of the petals.
