Struggling Phal bellina 'Blue' - free to good home

I got this little guy in my first ever orchid shipment from Royal Orchids, before I knew that ordering from Royal Orchids was not a good idea for a beginner (or maybe for anyone, but you know . . .). It has hung on and hung on for the last 3 or 4 years. It has grown leaves, it has lost leaves. It has grown roots, it has lost roots. It really wants to live, but apparently I make it difficult. Probably too cold at my house (you see I am currently wearing a sweatshirt . . . in effing late May). If you want to take it and do a better job than I have growing it, I'd love that.
