yellow phalaenopsis ( similar to baldan's kaleidoscope)
this one came from lowe's 3 years ago as an unnamed but very pretty seedling. This is it's first bloom as an adult, i would have had more flowers but i got anxious & took it downstairs for a few days which stunted some of the buds *shakes head in shame* [IMG] [/IMG]

thanks everyone
there are 19 out of what should have been about 25 or so viable blooms. I sacrificed one flower for breeding from the back side where it wouldn't mar the overall beauty of the display

Beautiful plant. It looks VERY happy.
I have a rescue Phal that just bloomed one flower (picture coming soon) that looks very similar to yours. Do you have a close up picture of one of the flowers?

Nice colors. Similar to mine, but yours has more maroon veining while mine is more of a rust color.
