Default My very first orchid

Its been a ten year journey and this one has been on a roll ever since i bought it. This one catapulted me into growing orchids in general starting when I was six. It has suffered through root rot and years of my neglect but has managed to pull through. It's been in that 8 inch clay pot for almost four years now. Sorry if the pictures are a little blit blurry, there was wind that day.

My dad gave me my first orchid and it was also my first rebloom ever. However, it suffered greatly being my first orchid and it bit the dust

Beautiful flowers! My first orchid is in a landfill. It's really my wife's first orchid - she received it as a gift from her sister. But I am the one that got addicted!

It's lovely...I like the flowers. All those lovely roots all over the place make my repotting fingers itch though, even though it looks happy as is.
