Well I contacted the vendor and this is the reply I received:



"You will need to notify me if the plant gets an award, I do not know if the plant is pending registration in England at the moment. The plant does not need to be registered to be judged, but it will need to be registered after it receives an award."


So, from that I gather that this is either not their cross or they are unwilling to register it unless it is issued an award. Bummer!!

Obviously the vendor did not do the cross and is unwilling to tell you who did - even if he knows.

If he had done the cross it looks like he could either give you permission to register it or he would volunteer to do it.
