Corona
Picture doesn't do this one justice as its much darker in real life. Fragrant as well.
Hope you like!

It's beautiful!!
My Corona is blooming right now too! I believe yours is darker...more solid? Maybe? And it shows more of the cornu parent...mine a bit more ambo.

Glad you like it Katrina!
Yes it does appear more solid in real life. This was made with a chattaladae version.
Would like to see what yours looks like!

I'm not Katrina but here is my Corona. I love the random spots - each bloom is different.

OOOOOO...I love yours too, Brooke. And it's also different from mine. Love both of these other versions.
I'll get pics today and post them up. Our 3 plants are an excellent example of the natural variety that can occur in seed propagation.
I'll get pics today...stay tuned....

What's funny is your Corona is actually darker than my chattaladae. I've had two chatta and was promised it would be so dark you couldn't see the bars - it isn't
I've given up on finding a really REALLY dark one.

Really?? I guess the only way to get a really dark one is to handpick from an in-bloom population.
I got lucky with this, was bought as an unbloomed seedling. And is much darker than it shows it the pic.
