I broke the spike on this in December at the first node. It then regrew from the node and also produced a second spike, it's now rewarded me by starting to bloom.

This year the spacing of the blooms is much more pleasing.

Nice. The flower looks kind of different this time. Maybe it's just the lighting.

It's probably just a quirk of lighting. It is fairly close to the second picture.

This is a secondary spike that grew from a spike that had finished blooming, the spike then branched several times.
