What is the medium that she grew this orchid?? moss or bark or mix???

Just a mix of bark and sphagnum moss. Nothing special. Once a week she waters is from the tap and lets it drain through, and once a month instead of watering she soaks it in a bucket with some orchid food for a half hour! In general she just lets them be.
