Geez, I thought they would have fallen off by now, that is too amazing! It almost looks like they are photosynthesizing now. I wonder how much longer they are going to hang on? Forever? It would be neat if the plant reblooms with those still there!!

Sue, are the green blooms still there? I brought this thread up again because one of my hybrid phals is doing the same bizarre thing. All the blooms wilted save one, which went from yellow to green and is still going strong. This is just the weirdest thing!

LOL...seems like your chid took over where mine left off! I just cut that spike with the two everlasting blooms on it last week. The plant was growing a second new leaf and I wanted to give this plant a chance to re-bloom.
We'll just move our bloom-watch over to you and yours

Sometimes I regret cutting it back just because of the "what-if's"

Yeah and who knows if they could have developed into keikis. Next time that happens do not cut the spike unless it's absolutely neccesary and we'll see what happens.
