Oh I see, the chinese names are a bit weird I agree... violacea isn't 'fluorescent' in any sense to me...
I think the P. gigantea chinese name suits well, but the amabilis and aphrodite name are so unglam (the common chinese names are grandmother and old lady respectively based on what Jumpluff said) I think your names for the orchids suit most of them Jumpluff :) |
