I have had a Baldan's Kaleidoscope for about 9 years. For the last 2 it has had 3 spikes.
If you roughly go by 1 leaf = 1 year, then mine is at least 15 !

My oldest I've had for 5 years, I got it the year I got married. That plant is the reason that I found Orchid Board. I have never had it rebloom. Looking back on some of the things I've done with it in my ignorance, I'm surprised it's still alive and doing well!
It's growing a new leaf now and I'm FINALLY seeing some root growth thanks to Ray and the seaweed extract he sells! Fingers crossed that the root system develops enough this year that I'll see blooms next year

I've been coming to the forums for awhile and love it, but this question hit home because I was just discussing it. I have a Kaleidoscope Phalaenopsis that I received as my 16th birthday present, which would make it 13 years old. It sparked my orchid obsession. It had a few rough years when I was in college but it pulled through and looks great! In fact it's blooming now.

My oldest is one I bought in bud from the Rod McLellan Co. around 30 years ago. It's not the best blommer I have, but I just can't get rid of it.

My oldest one is a Phal that is about 10 years old. It was a $5 rescue, and also my first named plant. It's currently in full bloom with 13 flowers.

My oldest orchid is a phal. I found sitting on top of a trash can. It was sitting in the direct sun in August. It took some rescuing but it has thrived and is blooming every year. It has started my obsession with orchids and that was about ten years ago.

My oldest Phal is about 10 years old. I got it from my mom, she found it in the trash, literally.

current oldest
My current oldest was purchased 9 years ago. i bought an out of bloom pot for $5.00. It turns out the pot has two plants. I gave away the bigger one. This is the "runt". It got third place at a local orchid show.
My oldest, a big box white lived to about 16 years.
