The roots aren't dry or shrivelled ...

- one has a black area that
may, or
may not be rot - is that area firm, or squishy?. Looks like some roots have broke or cracked at some point but have healthy growth. Green, or whitish/silverish firm roots are good. The fact that there are green ones indicate that they are plenty moist. Water when those become silverish.
The bottom leaves might be dying off naturally - tho I can't say so for sure ... Make sure you aren't over-watering.
Are you posting from a computer, or phone/tablet? I'm trying to figure out why you can only post one photo at a time ...
