I've had a double like this on my Phal equestris before, your's is pretty though
What most people call peloric is slightly different, though possibly the term does apply here (not sure). What most people call peloric is when the petals take some of the lip's colouring and or shape. A post recently said the term can apply to other mutations though and I can't remember the details.
I've remembered now what someone said about the meaning of peloric.
Peloric is any mutation that increases the degree of radial symmetry in the flower (orchids are usually bilaterally symmetric not radially symmetric).
That being the case I would say this flower is NOT peloric as the doubling of the lip decreases the radial symmetry. However I'm not an expert, maybe the doubling of the petals/sepals makes it more radial symetric.
