A lot of Phals will keiki on their own - leave spike on plant unless it dies.

Keiki paste is another option, but is expensive.

I have also heard / read about using hormone product mixed with a bit of lanolin ( the lanolin is just to keep the hormone prodyct in place), and applying as you would keiki grow products - but don't know the particulars, sorry.
