"Blue Phal Seeds" Scam??

I saw some injected Phals last night at local store. They had blues and purples. The injected white flower looked okay. But when they took a striped reddish pink Phal and injected it with a dark purple dye the result was down right ugly. I thought to myself that they think someone would want to buy such a hideous looking thing.

I've actually saw this plant 2 days ago here in sweden.
It really looks exactly like in the picture, unrealistic blue..

New to orchid but this kind of blue is actually dyed?
