This guy has been in this oxygen core pot for awhile. Should I cut the net off? Also I dont know why the top leaves are curling. The two yellow leaves I chalk up to moving it to a window which gets too much light. What do you think?

That's the trouble with those net pot arrangements for phals, you have to spend time untangling the roots or lose the pot when you cut it off. I think your yellow leaves are just aged and naturally expiring.
The plant looks kind of dry but you do have nice root growth. Not sure what would cause the curling of the leaf. Do you orient it the same way towards the light after watering? If you haphazardly place the plants back in the growing area the leaves(and blooms)s try to turn towards the light and wind up all skewed.

I think the bottom leaves are dieing because they are old, no problem there. I have no idea why the top leaves are curling like that. Hopefully someone else will have a solution.
The pot...I personally would leave it in the net pot and just set it in a different ( bigger ) cache pot....Jean

I agree with the above on the leaves. No worry on the yellowing. Don't worry about the curly one either, I have some that do weird things now and then too. It may even straighten out. Have you tried gently helping it do so? I have spent quite a bit of time trying to untangle roots. I would lose the pot before losing the roots.

I have a leaf on one of my phals that did the same thing and it was a light issue when the leaf was growing. I had the plant in a spot where it was just a bit too dim, because I'd just salvaged it from a bad case of rot, so I put it in a darkish place, but where it still received some indirect light and the new leaf ended up growing almost completely vertical, with a little hook in it.

Totally my bad, but looking at yours, I'd bet you had a similar situation, where that leaf just didn't get quite the right amount of light and it got a bit wonky.
