I usually do not mist leaves of any orchids unless I'm cleaning some dust off.
Then I could always get rid of water collected on the plant by dabbing with paper towels or just blow out.
This is must for phals and paphs for me just in case there will be any problems.
With something like dendorbiums, I don't worry about the same thing.
