I love TJ. While almost all the phals are NOID, but so many different options to choose from and so cheap.
The only problem is the condition of the plants are often very poor.
I do snatch up some nice looking ones now and then.

Beautiful! I'm a sucker for this type of phal.
I wish my phals would spike...
I've gotten one tagged phal from TJ and weirdly it's a species. Also the only phal blooming.
It's funny that the condition yours come in is so poor. I wonder if it's shipping that does it because they are generally in fantastic shape near me.

I don't know what it is, but I think shipping could be one cause. They usually look saggy and sad.
Careless customers tend to ruin them too. I hate those people. I think it could the main reason.
Here is why. When I am lucky, it is usully when the shipment just arrives before anyone touches them.
Even then, some are not so pristine.
