Phalaenopsis NOID from Trader Joes
Hi all,
Bought this one to demonstrate orchid pollination for a class. It had an entire other spike that I used for those purposes. So about 2 weeks later the second spike is almost all open. Nice colour and small size of flowers. Nice healthy tall plant too.

Super nice. Are you a teacher/professor?

Thanks for the comments. I do teach, but not a professor. Love botany!

Love the color!
I bought a super duper mini phal with that same tone of purple, which I really like by the way, back in January from Whole Foods, and it is spiking now! yay!!!

What a nice color!! What a cool class to teach, if it involves bringing in an orchid for 'show and tell'! Are you going to let the seed pods develop on the pollinated spike?
