Had a rough day, so I got a little pick-me-up

I'm wondering, can anyone tell me about what might be in it's background to cause those teeny tiny flowers and branching spikes?

Yes, it's got a LOT of branches! I've never seen one before that has so many branches. Plus the leaves are a standard phal size, but the flowers are mini phal size. I love the combo
