My NoID phals :)
Bought in Christmas 2011, bloomed several times (year round). Looks like my phal has some brown spots

That phal is beautiful!! Those spots don't seem like anything to worry about as long as they don't grow in size.

Actually the brown spots are growing slowly. I'm considering get rid of them with bactericide. I tried cinnamon but it doesn't work in my hand.

Do you water them from the bottom, or the top? The plants look really good, but this photo really reminds me of the couple of water spots I've gotten on my phals. Totally my fault... and they will grow a bit, if you drop water in the exact same place every time when you're watering.

No, what I mean is, if you get water on the leaves... and leave it standing there, it can cause spots like this. They will stay there forever, until the plant drops the leaf, so you have to be careful not to get water on the leaves, or dry them immediately with a paper towel when you do.

I have a few spots like that on one of my phals and I assumed I got water on the leaf as Gemini said. They haven't gotten worse at all and it has been months, that is why I suggested not to be too concerned. If you aren't getting water on the spot and it is growing it may be bacterial and I would spray with a fungicide.
