Was given this NOID phal last year and it was in bloom, it spent most of the summer outside and will these cooler night I think I have a spike.. At least I hope its a spike.

Congrats. I also have most of my phals outside still, but no spikes yet. Perhaps the temps haven't gone down enough yet.
