Thanks for all the nice comments. I totally recommend this hybrid to everyone, since it's so easy to care for and flowers so readily. It's a great beginner's Phal I think.

Haha! Yup, this guy will probably pop up here on the forum from time to time.
Here's the really sad thing; one of my neighbors had gotten one of these clones at the beginning of summer, and all that's left of it now, is a dried out husk...

I have a QB - its a massive plant but doesn't get as many flowers. Its spiking now, only 1 spike.
Tiny Doll is the clone to get ! QB is not that freely available in USA.

For some reason, there seems to be quite a few of this particularly clone available here in Sweden... I haven't seen any other QB clones here though, only 'Tiny Doll'.

Queen Beer is actually very common in the US, well, at least in NYC.
There are in almost every supermarket and farmer's market I go to.
But I don't think they are Tiny Doll.
like you said, usually plants are rather big for the flower type, and the flowers are quite numerous but nothing like Tiny Doll.

I've checked pictures of Queen Beer and compared to Tiny Doll. The colour is much more intense on QB compared to TD, and the shape of the flowers is different too. I don't know what the whole plant looks like, but while my TD has a lot of leaves, 13, they're not that large. Not small, like on a miniature Phal, but not large either. I think the Tiny Doll clone has probably inherited a bit more from its pulcherrima parent than the QB has.
On the other hand, on the Swedish orchid forum another member has a Tiny Doll too, but it doesn't seem to be quite as insane as mine, when it comes to the amount of flowers. Maybe I've been rather lucky with this guy?
It sure does. Go Sweden! Or something...
