Here's the first bloom on a GP from Krull Smith's cross. The flower got beat up during shipping and started to fade this morning, so I snapped a quick pic before it was too late. When this blooms for me and doesn't get mangled in shipping, I think it will be fantastic! The cross is amboinensis 'Ponkan' AM/AOS x bellina 'Krull's Perfection' FCC/AOS. Smells like amboinensis. The flower is 4.5 cm across.

Looks like a great flower. Shame it got beat up but at least you get to see it's potential.

I agree! The spike tip looks healthy so I bet it will continue to grow and bloom again with this warm weather

Really nice first bloom - too bad of the damage. More buds are surley on the way!
