New freckled phal! Male
Default New freckled phal!

So....
I broke down in HomeDepot....

I've gotten really good at ignoring orchids.
Really...
I'm in Lowe's, HomeDepot, and Trader Joe's at least 3 times a week each.
And can skim by the orchid section with barely a second glance.
But for some reason this one somehow ended up on the car.
It's basic. But I like it.
It's light green with pink freckles.
The leaves are really pointy for some reason.
It's a mini btw... just the flowers... not the plant.

We should form a support group! I picked up a really nice phal today.

I don't know if I'd call it rare but it sure is pretty. I can see why it followed you home.

BTW -- the leaf shape isn't all that unusual either...a number of phals have the pointier leaves rather than rounded.

Lol... I like it.. I wish the flowers had more substance though.
The leaves are so pointy. And thick and firm. I like the pointy look I think.

A very healthy plant!
I'm surprised the flowers are still fine.
I impulse bought it right before a movie so it sat in the hot car for a few hours lol.
