Really is nice Tucker. Form looks pretty stellar too. Hopefully it gets even better on the next bloom. This should be fragrant so maybe you missed it or the bud is a youngin.

Jarad, I agree that the form is pretty good. The only problem is that the sepals are not flat, they're cupped. I think that may be an undesirable trait for AOS judging but I'm not sure.

Ryan, I don't really have an opinion on this orchid yet. I've had it 6 months and it really hasn't done anything at all except to put out 3 buds on an old existing spike that was there when I bought it. I was excited to see such a nice bright flower. The colors are much better than any of the other orange colored phals that I have. I'm hoping it will start growing well now that spring is almost here. I haven't had enough experience with it yet to know if it's going to be a good plant, especially considering the price. I have a Phal. Orchid World that has a gorgeous flower but grows very, very slowly and only blooms with 2 flowers each year, so I hesitate to recommend anything until I have more information on it.

Nortons has sold out of this plant. Dang it! I just submitted my order today and they emailed me to say it was no longer available. Tucker, do you need some keiki paste?
