A few phals in bloom
Default A few phals in bloom

The first one is my favorite phal and best phal I've ever got from HD. (from two years ago)
It gave me eight flowers last season grown under LED setup.
This year, there are ten flowers.
I like the graceful arching spike.
For some reason, the leaves are growing away from the light source and that is making the pot tip over easy.
As much as I hate repotting, I think I'll have to to reposition and balance the plant in the pot.

The next few picutures are of Leopard Prince bought in bloom with two branching spikes in September.
This blooming spike is a branch off one of those two branches. I find it really good that there are seven flowers/buds on a branching spike off yet another branching spike.

The last two are super mini phals from a grocery store. There were some bud blasting during the first week in my home, but now they are making some more buds.

Gotta love phals. they just keep on going and going. Yay!

The first one is really nice. The flowers cascade perfectly and they're all oriented just right. It has just the right amount of overlap on the flowers. It just couldn't be any better.
Leopard Prince is a well known cross that has 25 AOS awards and has been used extensively in breeding. That's a very nice one also. And, of course, the minis are great too. They're all beautiful.

Thank you, Tucker!

Yeah, that white phal with read lip is the best catch of them all big store bought phals.
Just two years ago, they carried quality phals, but I don't know what happened now.
same price and crappy quality.

Thank you!
Yeah, I love that first one. I thought about getting rid of it because it is getting too big, but it looks very nice in bloom, so it is a keeper.

The last one is very tiny. I was wondering if it's sogo tris, sogo twinkle, sogo betris...oh, well, one of the three...
