Just want to give credit to all the Phal advice from the OB. I received this mini Phal as a retirement gift a year ago. It was in bloom at the time. It was in sphag in a 2" clear plastic pot in a decorative ceramic pot. The key to success that I learned here was to remove 1/2 of the packed spag from the little pot after blooming ended to provide air.

Well here it is blooming again! I've traditionally had very bad luck with Phals. Now I'm getting the hang of it
